Nose: Sherried peels and creamy vanilla. A touch of prune, date and cocoa, notes of beeswax, black pepper and apple peels. Dry oak too.
Palate: Intense and spicy, coats the tongue in oily spice, notes of dried barley, stem ginger in golden syrup and chocolate raisins.
Finish: Chocolate-led finish with butterscotch and hazelnut.
