Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Rich and very floral indeed. This is an extravagant, intense whisky with notes of sawdust, apple blossom and various applewood-smoked items. Jammy and spicy with ginger and black pepper.

Palate: Rich and very spicy with tangy fruits including apples, pepper and ginger. Some leather and rose petal jelly.

Finish: Aniseed, pepper, turmeric and a lot of rich oak.
