A peaty treat here – independently bottled single malt from the Caol Ila Distillery on Islay! This one was aged in a refill hogshead for eight years, from November 2012 to March 2021, when it was then bottled up by Douglas Laing for the Provenance range. A release of 420 bottles.

Palate: Rye toast with marmalade, bonfire ash, peanut brittle.
