Hunter Laing & Co. presents this Coal Ila single Scotch whisky for its Old Malt Cask 25th Anniversary series. The Islay expression was matured in a single oloroso sherry butt for 13 years before it was filled into 769 bottles at 50% ABV.
Stewed fruits, dark chocolate, beach bonfire, and leather.
Ginger, dark fruits, lemon peel, Islay peat smoke, and toasted oak.
Smoke and spice.
