Caol Ila 12yo 2004 Bottling Note

12 year old Caol Ila single malt, independently bottled by the chaps from Gleann Mór. It was distilled in February 2004 on the Isle of Islay and bottled in July 2016 for the A Rare Find range. 209 bottles were produced.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Lemon peels, seaweed and crème caramel.

Palate: Charred oak, sea salt, floral orange notes.

Finish: Victoria sponge cake, clotted cream and coastal air.
