Caol Ila 10yo 2006 Bottling Note

An independently bottled Caol Ila single malt, aged in a single cask for 10 years. It was distilled in April 2006 and bottled a decade later in June 2016 by the chaps from Gordon & Company for the Pearls of Scotland range, with 334 bottles produced.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Peppery oak, Custard Creams, tropical fruit, linseed.

Palate: Gingerbread, honey'd porridge, butter. A slight hint of kippers.

Finish: Lingering Alpine herbs.

Real nice

This is a beauty been drinking. Coal ila for years for a cask strength of 58% its real smooth even pleased the mother-in-law now thats a plus this is worth trying if you can justify the price with her indoors
