Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

The nose is spirit with a vinous grape-like astringency. A creaminess smoothes the creases out with fudge and caramel sweetness. The palate is fuller than the nose suggests. Notes of buttery toast, salted popcorn and the peat is lying, subdued, in the corner. There are little hints of cocoa and espresso. The finish is of good length with notes of fruit and buttery oak and soft peat.
