Bunnahabhain 26YO 1987 Bottling Note

A Highland Laird bottling of some rather well-aged Bunnahabhain single malt Scotch whisky! This was distilled in 1987, matured in a bourbon hogshead and bottled 26 years later by Bartels Whisky. The way we've photographed this one makes it sort of looks like the bottle is giving off a shadow in the shape on a bloke on the presentation tube. Top work, photo team!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Fresh and fruity, with heaps of orange peels, apple slices and a touch of melon.

Palate: Cinnamon, white pepper, pebbles by the sea shore, pears and more oranges.

Finish: Lightly honey'd, with a whisper of smoke.
