Finish: Good length, green, rich, hints of salt-buttered carrots and toffee.

Aroma: notes of nuts and ripe pear. Coastal character fills up the palate. With water comes more pepper, ginger, some peat. Palate: dry wood with spices. Almonds and ginger. Orange peel and cocoa. Water brings more bitter taste with significant liquorice notes. Finish: long and warm with bitter almonds and some toffee. Comments: young and dashing Bunna. Good balance. It seems cask is aggressive in a good sense this time.

I tried a sample of this and am sorry not having a whole bottle. Really like this one; to my liking. No offensive peat or smoke, just good Whisky.
