Hannah Whisky Merchants
Scotland
Single Malt

It's a lesser-spotted Lochindaal single malt! Lochindaal is the name for peated whisky to come out of Bruichladdich, which is slightly more peated than Port Charlotte expressions, though not quite as peated as Octomore. This particular bottling was distilled in September 2009, and left to age in a single first-fill bourbon barrel for the next decade. In February 2020, Hannah Whisky Merchants bottled it up at cask strength, a generous 63% ABV, with an outturn of just 150 bottles for the Lady of the Glen series.
Sea breeze and flamed citrus peels, hints of milk chocolate and digestive biscuits.
Waves of maritime peat, with sea-washed pebbles, dried apricot and barrel spice.
A touch of banana and peach alongside lingering peat smoke.
