A 25 year old whisky from the Bruichladdich distillery on the Isle of Islay, drawn from a pair of hogshead casks which were home to the whisky for a quarter of a century. It was distilled in 1991 and bottled in 2016 by Ian Macleod for the Dun Bheagan range. 514 bottles were produced.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Stewed apple and plum, with a whisper of barley and toasted sugar.

Palate: Orange oil, grass, cinnamon and vanilla. Maybe a little sea salt...

Finish: Honeycomb and buttered bread.
