Distilled in 1968 and bottled after 35 years in bourbon casks. This is number 3 in the legacy series, a selection of the rarest and oldest casks at the Bruichladdich distillery, specially selected by Master Distiller Jim McEwan. Each bottle features the artwork of the famous Scottish artist Frances MacDonald. This particular edition features the work "Eilean Nam Ban from the Dunes".
Nose: Floral, soft. Creamy vanilla. Spices. Toffee, warm pastries.
Palate: Rich, full. Fruity, stewed fruits, soft sugar. Bubblegum, herbal.
Finish: Clean, stemmy, green. Oak.
