Bruichladdich 1998 Bottling Note

Just 6,000 bottle of this single malt were released. This was distilled in 1998 and matured for 10 years in Manzanilla dry sherry casks and the label features a rather dramatic 'Picasso esque' print of a bull.

This bottle was part of a private collection - if you'd like more detailed info and/or photos just get in touch!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Sherried, grapey. Fruit salad, honeydew melon. Oily, almond and hazelnut. Coffee. Cider, slightly herbal, faint hints of creosote.

Palate: Full, plenty of sweetness. Orange, melon, jammy, creamy vanilla. Nutty.

Finish: Malty and toasty oak, very thick.
