Sorry about this...

We can't actually ship Braeval 13 Year Old 1998 (Signatory) to you in United States at the moment. We're working on a solution, but until then, here are some alternatives:

Braeval 13 Bottling Note

This Braeval has been bottled by Signatory at cask strength for their Vintage Collection. It's a vatting from two bourbon barrels, distilled before the distillery closed.

Braeval was formerly known as the Braes of Glenlivet Distillery, and only re-started production in 2008. Obviously this was produced years before then, so this is one of the few single malts to be bottled under a different name to the one it was distilled under.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Dry grassy nose of hay and chaff. Digestive biscuits with a malty cereal note. Meadows, with wild grass and flowers. Sugared peel and citrus fruits.

Palate: Initially this is light and sweet, with cigars and some cedar wood moving in slowly along with malt and vanilla notes.

Finish: Christmas cake spice and fruit with good length.

Overall: A great whisky that's fairly rare.
