Bowmore 29 85212 Bottling Note

This Bowmore was distilled in October of 1982 and was aged for 29 years in cask 85212 before bottling by Duncan Taylor in October 2011. A cask strength release of 218 numbered bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Floral and quite wine-like on the nose. Notes of grapes, malt, black pepper, spices and a little toffee.

Palate: Nutty, fruity, malty and floral. Wine gums, floral gums, toffee apple, almond oil, a little butter and brioche.

Finish: Apple seeds, fruit, fresh apple blossom and madeira cake.
