This is indeed one of my top 5 favorite whiskies alltime. A stunner. Luckily I still own one unopened bottle. Will be kept for a very special occasion, for sure.

This stuff is incredible!! Perhaps the perfect balance between dark forest fruits and just enough peat and smoke to back it up going into a very nice cherry - chocalate finish. This also becomes better when the bottle is opened for a few weeks. Stunning taste and just needs a couple of drops of water to open up a bit more.Best during the cold months of the year; luckily I have a 4th bottle waiting for the next winter!!At the moment just the most exciting whisky I ever tasted ( from about 100 single malts ).
