The Mymic

Nose: Oak sawdust, Bitter orange peel, vanilla, cut flowers, overripe banana, rye Spice, licorice root. dolly mix. something meaty and salty, manuka honey, mocha, buttery corn.
palate: massive sappy oak, milk chocolate, cold coffee, bitter orange oil, cinnamon bark, bitter green herbs
Finnish: Oily lingering bitter oak wood.
Comments: Oak and rye totally dominate this whisky big bold and really fun, even if its not the most complex thing to come out of buffalo trace.
