A Signatory bottling of Blair Athol single malt, drawn from two hogshead casks laid down in June 2007. After a decade of maturation, the whisky was independently bottled at 43% ABV in April 2018.
Nose: New oak, orange zest, candied ginger.
Palate: Butterscotch and shortcrust pastry, paired with melted chocolate and a touch of fruity coffee.
Finish: Almond, pecan and banana chips.

You get an okay floral note on the nose, but this just lacks decent flavour. For a ten year old, you expect more flavour, it's almost like the casks are 4th fill...
