This was distilled at the Blair Athol distillery on the 3rd February 1999 and it was aged in hogshead 777 for 12 years before bottling on the 8th November 2011. A release of 388 numbered bottles.
Nose: Cereals, porridge oats, sultanas, brown sugar, gingernut biscuits and berry fruits.
Palate: Very tangy, burnt sugar notes, hints of apple, malt, pepper and toasty barley.
Finish: Lemon sherbet, spices and pepper.
