A sherry-matured 10 year old from Raymond Armstrong's Bladnoch distillery. This was distilled in May of 2001, aged in sherry butt number 88 and bottled at cask strength in January of 2012.
Nose: Zesty orange on the nose, with banana, pineapple and hints of dried fig. A little earthiness, hints of cinnamon and almond oil, with creamy sweet vanilla.
Palate: Oaky and marzipan-led with notes of fresh flowers, raisins, nutmeg and banana.
Finish: Prunes, peppermint and cinnamon.
