Distilled at Benriach in June 2011, this single malt was filled into a single oak cask, where it was left to rest for a decade. In September 2021, independent bottler Alistair Walker opened up the cask, releasing a total of 272 bottles for the Infrequent Flyers series.

Nose: Vanilla pod, fluffy sponge cake, and resinous oak with a touch of praline.

Palate: Toasted oak and caramel lead with tropical hints of pineapple and green banana followed by darker dried fruits and baking spice.

Finish: Creamy mocha, bold oak, citrus zest, a touch of cinnamon.
