BenRiach 10yo 2008 #12939 Bottling Note

A deliciously sweet 10 year old BenRiach single malt, independently bottled by Douglas Laing for the Old Particular range. This one was distilled in December 2008 and left to age in a refill hogshead until December 2018, when it was bottled at 48.4% ABV with an outturn of 370 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Buttered brioche, raisins and maple syrup on pancakes.

Palate: Flapjacks, black pepper and a touch of tomato stem.

Finish: Strawberry jam on toast and ginger root.
