This fruity Highland single malt was distilled at Ben Nevis in 2010, and was then matured in a single refill butt. It rested for 9 years until February 2019, when it was bottled by Signatory for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection at 46% ABV.
Nose: Bakewell tart, cinnamon buns and clove-studded orange.
Palate: More jammy cherries, dried fruit sweetness and fresh ginger spice.
Finish: Honeyed almonds and vanilla sponge cake with a spiciness developing on the finish.
