Distilled at Ben Nevis on the 3rd July 1993, this was aged for 17 years in a single sherry butt before bottling on the 19th May 2011, with a release of 764 bottles.
Nose: Aniseed and cut hay, hints of sweet cereals, chamomile tea, a touch of custard, and Demerara sugar.
Palate: Notes of agave, honey, spices, lobster cooked with butter and pear drops.
Finish: Herbal, fruity, with notes of pear and honey.
