Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: A spiced, warming nose with notes of citrus zest, cut hay and fresh herbs. Hints of lemon juice, a little mineralic quality and just a soupcon of plum wine.

Palate: Medium-bodied with notes of apple peel, Manuka honey and malt. It develops on notes of orange marmalade and kumquats, with a development of nutmeg.

Finish: A spiced, warming finish.
