Here is the very first batch of Balblair bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company! This Highlander was matured for 7 years before those Boutique-y folks got their hands on it. The label gives a nod to the film 'The Angels' Share', as part of it was filmed at Balblair!
Batch 1 is a release of 1,305 bottles.

Nose Wood smoke, earth and salty sea air. Surely there’s some peat involved here?
Palate Think of windswept Highland beaches, briney, with vegetal seaweed notes and black pepper.
Finish Saline with warm spicy cinnamon notes.
Overall Like eating grilled fish on the beach.
