Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Citrus notes, and star anise. Some sweet oak, vanilla, cocoa and a little nutmeg, with just a hint of lavender.

Palate: Good body, with notes of orange liqueur and vanilla. Some grapefruit and liquorice too, with just a touch of pear drops and pepper.

Finish: Long and warming with a big development of spices.
