Ye be warned...

God knows I love DL, especially their XOP range, but this is horrid. Like sipping cheap perfume. A proper 1980s whisky. Money thrown out of the window.

The best drink i ever had

On the nose the blueberry pie, the candied fruit. On the palate the Arlequin candy, it is tasting just like a sweet candy. And let in your mouth a delicious finish made of chocolate... you wanna keep for hours. Superb whisky and the best and finest of the lowland !

Oh my goodness

This is without question the finest distilled spirit I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. A sweet nose of marshmallow and vanilla leads the way. Palate has good sweet depth of flavor, and whisky does not feel as aggressive as its cask strength initially suggests. Mouthfeel has a pleasant oiliness that coats like a salve. But what sets this one apart truly is the majestic finish, all chocolate and toffee, that spirals up to the sinuses for easily a minute after swallowing. A rare and precious treat.
