Single cask Auchentoshan single malt, matured in a bourbon barrel for 25 years before being bottled by Signatory. It was distilled in February 1992 and bottled at cask strength in January 2018 with an outturn of only 192 bottles.
Nose: Citrus zest, soda bread with honey, salted butter and basil.
Palate: Blueberry muffin, brown sugar, cut grass, stem ginger and milk bottle sweeties.
Finish: Softly toasted cedar, shortbread and thyme.
