A single cask bottling of single malt from the Auchentoshan Distillery in the Lowland region, courtesy of Chapter 7's Monologue series. This whisky was distilled back in 1998 and aged for 22 years, before being bottled up with an outturn of only 199 bottles! Snap one up while you can if you fancy getting a taste of some well-aged Auchentoshan!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Bright hints of apple and grapefruit, with a classic bit of Auchentoshan grassiness underneath.

Palate: Softly oak, with a hint of oily barley too. Still packing lively citrus, with some creamy vanilla developing later on.

Finish: Woody vanilla lingers on the long finish.
