Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Very fruity and very interesting nose, with a lot of floral character, fresh apple blossom, beautiful lavender honey, hints of spice and a little malt.

Palate: Creamy and sweet. Notes of apricot jam on warm porridge. A little cinnamon, some golden syrup, various spices, barley.

Finish: Decent length, drying oak, cinnamon and various fruit jams on the finish.
