This was distilled at the Arran distillery in July 1996. It was then aged for 15 years in a single refill hogshead before bottling for the Old Malt Cask range from Duncan Taylor in July 2011. A release of just 321 bottles…
Nose: A sweet, gristy nose, with notes of vanilla fudge, sultanas and cinnamon.
Palate: A big-bodied palate with fresh citrus, zest, toffee apples and pepper.
Finish: Long, malty finish with coconut and zest.
