Finished in Gonzalez Byass Oloroso cask, just 816 bottles of this single malt were released in 2006 from the Isle of Arran having been finished for 10 months in this 'Cream Sherry' cask.
Nose: Dried fruits. A distinct nuttiness emerges with hints of walnut and espresso.
Palate: Honey, sherry, barley, touch of smoke.
Finish: Peppery warmth.
