Arran 12 Provenance Bottling Note

12 Year Old single cask Arran, distilled in Autumn 1997 and matured in refill hogshead number 5608 before bottling by Douglas Laing in Autumn 2009.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: A typically fresh and malty nose we’ve come to associate with top quality Arrans. This one has a hint of caramel, alongside banana and apple. Just a touch of zest perhaps? Vanilla sweetness too.

Palate: Spicy and rich with notes of the coast – quite salty, zesty and sublimely fruity. Lots of body.

Finish: A strong, malty finish.
