Nose: Soapy peat smoke glide off the surface with lemon and peach juice forming up behind. Then there is sweet icing sugar and a little course sea salt for complexity.
Palate: Exceptional balance on the palate as peat smoke, herbal herbs and salt intermingle pleasantly disguising this drams abv. There is also a residual sweetness that plays off the peat, making for a juicy offering from 'That Boutique-y Whisky Company'.
Finish: The finish is like a smoky breeze floating across a bay at sunset. Perfect.
Overall: This batch has a complexity to it where the previous edition was in your face Ardbeg. This is something special.
