Amrut 2009 (cask 3436 - bottled 2013) - Single Cask (Ex-Bourbon Cask Finish) Reviews

Northernlight malts

The bourboncask is really prominent.
Lots of vanilla in the smell, orange and a hint of toffee and honey.
Taste : Definetly vanilla and again the orange
The new american oak cask comes in the aftertaste . Oaky combined with a sweet bitternes from the vanilla and the oak.
The oak lingers in the aftertaste.
A good dram 87/100
