Distilled at Allt-a-Bhainne on the 23rd September 1991, this was aged for 19 years in a single hogshead before bottling on the 11th March 2011. A release of 256 bottles.
Nose: Cut hay and star anise with notes of tropical fruit, vanilla cream and pepper.
Palate: Rich and intense with notes of toffee apple and powerful oak, hints of bitter sweetness and spice.
Finish: Long finish with notes of salty butter and cut grass.
