Though there is a long-running dispute between Australia and New Zealand as to which country invented the pavlova, the Old Young's distillery down in Swan Valley, Australia, has decided to stake their claim to the dessert by making a vodka out of it! The spirit is wheat based, and features a summer fruit infusion of passion fruit, strawberry and kiwi, alongside burnt sugar and vanilla. It boasts a sophisticated sweetness that certainly does justice to the dessert.
