Aval-Dor is a Cornish vodka made with Cornish potatoes! Created by the Dustow family, who moved to Colwith all the way back in 1904, Aval-Dor is made with their very own King Edward potatoes. It's distilled using a 200 litre copper pot still and combined with mineral water taken from an aquifer beneath the farm.
I thought I'd give this a try after seeing some ads for the distillery on the underground. I expected it to be good, but was blown away by just how amazing it is! So so smooth and easy to drink. Subtle and nuanced and creamy... just awesome. Highly recommend to vodka fans and vodka sceptics alike!
