Riserva Carlo Alberto make their white vermouth by infusing 25 herbs, spice, fruits and flowers in neutral alcohol for 40 days and then blending the resulting liquid with two types of wine - DOGC Asti Muscat and DOGC Caluso Erbaluce. This is then aged in oak casks for three to six months. A cracking Italian vermouth, named after King Carlo Alberto.
