Nose: Thick with honey and roasted agave. Wafts of red peppers.
Palate: It's definitely well aged, with plenty of oak showing its face, but the Herencia Mexicana Añejo is balanced with big agave, peppers and spice.
Finish: Lasting heat, very enjoyable.
Overall: Don't you dare do shots of this. Sip it slowly, enjoy all it has to offer.
