An organic syrup made from the agave plant, which is also the main ingredient of Tequila. It's a great alternative to sugar, and it's kosher too.
I have not bought this but I'm considering this or an alternative agave syrup, I only came here to point out that the statement 'a healthy alternative to sugar is totally false'. Just in case you're the sort of person who's desperately looking for the lifehack of sweet dreams: this ain't that.
This is the top agave syrup available from Mexico. Most top end bars and restaurants in the UK are using this instead of sugar based sweeteners. A healthy alternative to sugar. Also selected by Drinks/Spirits Business magazine in a blind judging as the best availble.
