Sloe Gin

So, what is sloe gin? Sloe gin is a delicious and refreshing spirit, perfect for summer sipping. Sloe gin is made by infusing gin with sloe berries, which are a type of wild plum. The result is a sweet, fruity liqueur with a lovely ruby colour. Sloe gin is traditionally served neat or on the rocks, but it also makes a great addition to cocktails.

If you're looking for a summery cocktail to enjoy on a warm evening, try this Sloe Gin Fizz recipe. It's light and refreshing, with just the right amount of sweetness.

Ingredients:

- 1 ounce sloe gin

- 1 ounce lemon juice

- 1/2 ounce simple syrup

- Club soda

- Lemon twist (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Combine the sloe gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a Collins glass.

2. Top off with club soda and garnish with a lemon twist. Enjoy!
