Pedro Ximénez Sherry

Pedro Ximénez Sherry, or PX as it's sometimes called, is a type of sherry that's made from Pedro Ximénez grapes. These grapes are incredibly sweet, and as a result, PX is one of the sweetest sherries out there. It's also got a very intense flavour, thanks to the high sugar content. If you're looking for a dessert wine that packs a punch, Pedro Ximénez Sherry is definitely the way to go.

And, because it's a sherry, it pairs beautifully with cheese. So, if you're looking for the perfect wine and cheese pairing, Pedro Ximénez Sherry is a great choice.
