Yeni Raki 70cl

Yeni Raki is a Turkish spirit made with a base of distilled grapes and flavoured with aniseed. It's often served with water (which turns the clear liquid a surprising milky colour) and alongside mezzes, which frequently include salads, stuffed vegetables and fish dishes, among others.

It's also used in cocktails, like the Yeni Raki Sour.
