No-alcohol spirits have been popping up all over the place, but none quite like this. Three Spirit was made with the help of resident botanical alchemists, looking to create a plant-based no-alcohol tipple (which is also vegan!). They settled on 11 plant-based ingredients from around the world, including lion's mane, cacao, damiana, and yerba mate. According to the team, these form a blend that creates a "synergistic experience", and supposedly allows you to connect deeper with yourself and others.
Stewed fruit and banana aromas fade into rich notes of dark chocolate and coffee.
Had the social elixir and it tasted like balsamic vinegar and prune juice. Even when I mixed it with lemonade and ginger ale like suggested. Disgusting. Had absolutely no effect on me and I drank the whole bottle over a course of 3 days. I would absolutely not recommend it for the price, you'd get more of a buzz from a cup of coffee or a red bull :/ disappointing.
Really could not stand this on its own - it looks and tastes like pond water. The manufacturer insists it is excellent with ginger beer, and if I use enough good strong ginger beer to drown out the flavour so I can't taste it any more then I completely agree. If a spirit isn't good enough to be drunk on its own without a mixer then I don't bother with it. Having said all of this, clearly some people like it.
Lovely .... little spicy and warm taste. GREAT with Ginger Ale or on the rocks.
This has become my go to after work drink. Nice chilled feeling, a bit amaro-ish a bit shrubby.
I absolutely love this. Trying to drink less alcohol, but still want a sense of occasion - this is perfect. Already on my 3rd bottle. Can't wait to try their new ones too
