Sin Gusano Tepextate Bottling Note

This expression from the Sin Gusano was crafted by Manuel Mendez and his wife Victoria using their copper alembic still in San Dionisio Ototepec. Tepextate agave were used for this one, which can have large, broad leaves, unlike the thin, very pointy leaves you might thing of when agave is on your mind (that's a regular thing for us too, don't worry).
