Gusano Pechuga Tlacolula Bottling Note

Another magnificent offering from Mexico joins the Sin Gusano range, and it's an exciting opportunity to try a pechuga agave spirit! This one is produced from espadín agave by the Ruiz family at its home and palenque on the outskirts of the city of Tlacolula. After traditional production, the spirit is treated to a third distillation with the addition of a chicken and a basket of fruit inside the top of the still in accordance with the classic pechuga style.
