Sin Gusano Pechuga Bottling Note
One of the many agave spirits from the Sin Gusano range, but this one is a little different. Produced by Maestro Antonio Jimanez in Santiago Matatlán, this is a pechuaga made with Espadín agave. During its third distillation, a chicken breast is hung up in the still's copper condensing chamber, and fruits are added to the still too, imparting richness and a splash of zestiness into the mix.

Outstanding. Total eye opener for pechuga
Not the most expensive at all but better than some pricey ones I’ve had. Really excellent and would recommend.
