Pentire Adrift Bottling Note

Pentire Adrift is a glorious non-alcoholic botanical spirit made with ingredients found in North Cornwall. Native botanicals include rock samphire, sea fennel, sage, citrus and Cornish sea salt, either sustainably sourced or organically grown. A uniquely maritime spirit, great simply with tonic and a twist of lemon peel.

To serve, fill a glass with ice, pour in 50ml of Pentire Adrift, top up with light tonic water, and garnish with rosemary.

Lovely liquid!
Bought this after I tried their other one, Seaward. More savoury but still a lovely and delicate. Great with fresh rosemary as suggested

I’m so glad I discovered Pentire. It’s very refreshing & clean tasting. I love the combination of botanicals. It’s goes perfectly with tonic and is not sweet tasting which I like. A definite keeper.

Takes your taste-buds on a coastal adventure!
A really fresh and sophisticated flavour, lovely and light with tonic. Has great herbal notes and a nice citrussy finish.

Cool new taste
This is a cool mixer - it’s got a kind of Atlantic, rock pool, coastal walk vibe. Close to a G&T, but no hangover.
